Middle and full distance. A season-long plan that respects how big the day is.

Do you offer triathlon coaching in Brighton?
Yes. The PowerWatts Tri Squad runs structured triathlon coaching with power-based bike work and coached brick sessions, so race-day transitions feel like just another Sunday. There are three broad routes in: your first sprint or standard distance, faster racing for a PB, and long course. Coaching is shaped around your race calendar, and everything the sport needs (strength work, physio, Pilates, bike fitting and a workshop) is in the same building.
What is a brick session?
A brick session is a bike effort followed straight away by a run, so your body learns the bike-to-run transition. At PowerWatts the bike work is power-based on connected bikes with a coach watching your numbers, and the run comes straight off the back, so race-day transitions feel like just another Sunday.
Is the tri squad for beginners or experienced racers?
Both. There are three broad routes in: a first sprint or standard distance to build fitness and confidence, faster racing aimed at a PB, and long course over middle and full distance. Coaching is shaped around your race calendar and your life, not the other way round.
