What is indoor cycling at PowerWatts like?
Every bike in the studio is connected, every session is coached, and every interval is set against your own power numbers. You ride beside people of all levels but work at your pace, not anyone else's. Friendly does not mean soft: the sessions are built on data, so you see the progress in watts rather than vibes.
What is an FTP test?
An FTP test is a short benchmark effort that measures the power you can hold. It sets your personal training zones so every session is pitched at you, and you retest through the year to see the progress in watts.
Do you offer strength and conditioning for cyclists in Brighton?
Yes. PowerWatts runs off-bike strength and conditioning built for endurance athletes rather than gym mirrors: lower-body strength for watts, mobility for the hips, back and shoulders, and core stability for every pedal stroke. It pairs naturally with the studio sessions and with Pilates.
