Laurence Letki-Nicolay
Powerwatts Coach

Laurence is a Level 2 British triathlon coach, personal trainer and instructor for group exercise classes, including performance cycling classes.

After many years of endurance running, from 5km to ultra-marathons, Laurence decided one sport was not enough and ventured into the triathlon world and has not looked back, falling in love with cycling in the process.

As an athlete, she recently competed in the 2023 European and World sprint triathlon championship for team GB and looking forward to representing GB again in 2024.

As a coach, she is combining her multi-disciplinary data science knowledge with her passion for endurance sport to inspire and guide both new and seasoned athletes alike. She is a firm believer that it is never too late to take on a new challenge. Her coaching approach relies on two crucial aspects: knowledge and personalisation. She will always thrive to stay at the forefront of sport science, the latest training methods, metrics and studies. She will help you understand your training data, without losing touch with your feelings.

Powerwatts Coach

I love helping people ease into a healthy and active lifestyle with a “Make it fun” attitude. Having worked in Fitness for almost a decade, I know that there is never a bad day when training.

Every effort is possible with a smile on your face! Teaching Cycle is not a job for me but a great way to interact with people and have fun while working out. You will always leave the class feeling great after my workouts!

So I understand the importance of discipline to achieve physical goals.

Training and competing in swimming, cycling and Running events require a structured approach but must be enjoyable to be sustainable over the season. (On or off)

Turbo training was always a big part of my training on the bike because it’s fun and gives the legs a boost on the road.

My passion through coaching gives me an opportunity to sure my passion for cardiovascular sports.
